Dean of Choice University

As Dean of Choice University, people sometimes call me Dean Jeneane.

My first job gave me my first taste of hospitality (pardon the pun!). I worked evenings and nights as a server at a diner while I was in college studying English, Theater, and Education. Since then, I worked in a handful of industries (high school, financial services, construction, ecommerce, automotive, military/National Guard). That is, until I found my way back to hospitality when I joined Choice Hotels in 2016. Hospitality feels like home for me – it’s by far the industry I’ve enjoyed working in the most! I am a lover of continuous learning and development, holding certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Business Analyst, Master Trainer, and most recently earning a master’s in business management and executive leadership.
